Scam concern

Description

A few hours ago I was paid for an item I sold on eBay. No problem logging in to PayPal and seeing the sum in my transactions When I went to transfer this sum into my bank account I got an on-screen message saying there was an issue with my account. I was unable to transfer the money. My concern is in regard to possible scam i.e. whether the buyer is able to collect the item and then cancel the payment? Should I wait until I can transfer the money into my bank before I agree a time for collection of the item? Or is it likely that the money is somehow still clearing and I need to wait a little longer? Thank you.
