Return shipping claim form

Description

I have been told by PayPal resolution centre (R.C.) to return a item to china to claim a full refund. I have been informed by the R.C. that I can claim shipping costs even though the seller on their site states the returner pays. Normally you would access the form on the original transaction (shipping-return) but on this transaction it doesn’t show. Is there anywhere I can download a copy of the return claim form to submit to the R.C. Solved! Go to Solution.
