I wish to reopen a claim as the handbag I ordered arrived and it was the wrong colour- I ordered black and pink arrived. I contacted the seller to arrange return and refund they provided the address after first offering me 30% back and for me to keep it. It is not what I had ordered and did not want to keep it. I posted the bag in January paying £18.30 for postage and still have not received a refund because the bag had not been received by the sender/seller. The bag has this week arrived back to my home address with a yellow sticker on it from the Chinese postal system saying insufficient postal address. (which is the address they provided). I request that the claim be reopened so that I can take the dispute further. I have been through the message centre and the virtual agent both say log a dispute – I select the transaction being £84.33 and it says that because I have already logged a dispute and it is closed I cant do it again !! I just want my money back or talk to a human about it but I keep going around in circles
