Refunds and virus issue

Description

With the lockdown and virus issue, I have repeatedly tried to contact any human being at this company, not one way to talk to anyone!! I sent my daughter money on Saturday, IT WAS A ER 911 need, needless to say it was denied and now it’s gone, not in my account and no trace. I cannot believe I was that stupid to use this service, it took one second to pull money out of my account and 30 days to replace it!!! I am going to file with the bbb immediately and I am going to make it public not to use this company for anything, the resolution center is a joke, u still can’t file ppwk ad they stopped all possible ways to communicate with anyone. Shame on u PayPal, this is bs u can’t help someone who was stupid and gave u their business so u can turn customer service off to public needs. I’m am appalled and ur ratings are correct, u are the worst to send money thru!!!
