Refunds

Description

Hi my seller and I agreed to cancel the purchase on eBay.My refund went to pending. My seller then contacted me and said that he has cancelled it twice now – a PayPal refund and cancelled with eBay so the system is trying to refund my twice and it won’t move past pending – he asked me to talk to PayPal and cancel the pending refund so that only one is processed.i can’t see an option for me to do that although I am only using the app. I asked eBay chat but I think she just opened a dispute and sent my seller a request I am just not sure what to do please Solved!
