An item I sent (an electronic device) wasn’t received. The buyer asked for a refund and I accepted. The money has gone from my account, but it says ‘pending’. eBay is still asking me to issue a refund, but I have already done this. I don’t know why the refund I have issued says ‘pending’ in my account and for obvious reasons I don’t want to issue it again. I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help? Thanks!
