Refunded but still did not receive money on my bank account

Description

Hay I recently ordered some item on ebay and payed with bank account through paypal. Seller canceled order. I received refund on paypal. But is it now 7 days from refund and I still did not receive it on my bank account. It is strange because i received refund from another purchase 3 days after I receive it on paypal. Maybe it is something to do with ammount which are the same because i ordered the same item and both were canceled by sellers due to quality issues with batch.
