Refund Problem

Description

My friend ordered something from a shady website and the money hasn’t been processed yet. The package hasn’t come in either so we’re looking for a refund (it’s been a month now and we can’t get in contact with the provider), she paid for the item from a guest account and she can’t request the refund because it’s under my name. I cant request the refund because it doesn’t show up as a transaction because I didn’t pay for it. How do I go about getting this refund?
