Refund missing, paid via PayPal credit

Hi I paid for an item via PayPal credit. I was then given a full refund by the seller due to the item no longer being available. The refund was pending for a while in my PayPal account, and now it says completed. I still don’t have this refund… it doesn’t show on my PayPal balance, it doesn’t show on my PayPal credit amount. Where is it? It was “completed” last week, yet it’s no where to be seen in my account. Many thanks Lee Solved! Go to Solution.
