Received an email of account limitation but not have recent activities on my account

Description

I received an email saying (since i cannot post an attachment such as an image), “Subject: RE: [Alert] [Support Report ID] [Account Service] [New Update] Statement login and check accounts. 10-12-2020 (PayPal Limited.): Message: Hello, Customer We’ve limited your account After a recent review of your account activity, we’ve determined you are in violation of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy. Please log in to confirm your identity and review all your recent activity You can find the complete PayPal Acceptable Use Policy by clicking Legal at the bottom of any PayPal page.” BUT I DO NOT HAVE RECENT ACTIVITIES/PURCHASES/TRANSACTIONS FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS. Please advise. Thanks!
