Thanks Sharpiemarher, I noted the same. After reviewing this is what i can deduce. I don’t understand how PayPal does their Forex calculations. The item is quoted in dollars but the final payment is in UK pounds which makes it more expensive at their currency exchange. Further to converting it to UKP its again converted to KES ie USD->UKP->KES?? because my debit card is in KES. I have deposited the difference in amount to the balance indicated in my debit account but still payment is being going through. I hope you can see the gist of my issue – any suggestion how I can change the final payment to reflect in USD and NOT UKP would appreciate and what would make the payment not to be effected through.
