Purchase Pending after more than a month

Description

Hi, I made an online purchase at Bed Bath and Beyond online using PayPal in the first week of April. Within 2 days after the purchase, it no longer shows up in my order history on the Bed Bath and Beyond website but my prepaid Visa card that is tied to my PayPal account still shows 0$ left and the purchase in PayPal shows still pending. PayPal will not let me start a dispute against this purchase and Bed Bath and Beyond shows no record of a purchase. What can I do to release the Pending charge on my prepaid visa card?
