I sent money to another PayPal account through a debit gift card. In the end the amount ended up being refunded, the recent transition history tab says the refund went through. Although when i checked the gift card balance through the gift card vendors website it still says the original amount was charged, likewise my PayPal account has not changed so the refund didn’t go through there either.
