Problem withdrawing funds via FNB South Africa online

Hi maybe someone can help. My account is verified and linked to FNB South Africa and I can see my account in the FNB online portal. My credit card is confirmed. When I try to withdraw via the FNB portal and get routed to PayPal, PayPal asks me to add a new credit card. Even if I add the details of the already confirmed card, or add a new one at this point, it just keeps repeating this page, or I can cancel and return to FNB. I am new to receiving funds in PayPal.
