Hello,
I want to register 2 new bank accounts in my paypal account.
I entered the iban number requested by the paypal.
Then asked me for permission to make 2 small deposits to the accounts so that I could prove that they belonged to me.
But nothing…
These small deposits have not been made in either of the 2 accounts.
Let me point out that neither of the 2 accounts has money, but I do not think it has anything to do with it
