Prepaid Visa won’t let me pay

Description

So I added a prepaid Visa card with 200$ on it to my PayPal account, it added successfully, and I tried to make a purchase with it but the website I was trying to purchase from (marketplace.tf) said that “Error: PayPal is reporting that your account cannot pay our account. Please contact PayPal for further information.” I know the money is on my card, and I have registered the card on the visa prepaid website. I don’t know what is going wrong help please. Edit: PayPal emailed me saying that I have to wait until they process my order, but on their website it says my transaction failed and to contact PayPal. I honestly don’t know what to do
