Potentially fraudulent seller?

Description

I made a purchase on 10/21. A couple hours later received my email confirmation from PayPal. The weird thing was in the shipping info. Right in the email from PayPal, it contained my shipping info from USPS. I copied the tracking # and searched it up on the USPS site, and it said delivered. I was like, what, no way. I guess the seller could be local? But then I looked at the date delivered, and it was the previous day on 10/20. How could this seller (or PayPal) possibly have a tracking number on something that was delivered to my house the day before I made the purchase? I have tried contacting the seller, but none of the emails work, and they all come back undeliverable.
