I was provided an email address to send funds & after I sent the payment (Pay Pal Cash Plus) I received a confirmation email saying the recipient needs a Pay Pal account, but it also is saying the transaction completed. Will the funds be automatically returned to my account? if the recipient doesn’t have an account Can anybody provide information on this issue? Thanks in advance.
