Possible to automatically get USPS email notifications when using Paypal Shipping?

Description

I’m using Paypal shipping to generate USPS 1st Class package labels. I get an email from Paypal with the tracking number. Ultimately I want to get USPS email notifications for delivery or exceptions. Is it possible to get that signed up automatically somehow? Currently if I click on the email immediately USPS won’t let me sign up for email notification because it’s not in their system yet. So I have to remember to go back in a few hours onto their website and sign up manually. Some days I have multiple shipments so it’s just something else to remember to do later – would be great if it could get done immediately. Any way to accomplish this? Thanks!
