I ordered an Item on June 8th, usps shows it was delivered on May 26th? All attempts to contact seller have failed. Their phone number, email address, and physical address do not work. So I filed a dispute. Paypal denied it but wont say why and just sends me in circles on chat. So I called customer service and the system says they are closed and hung up on me. I am at my wits end, what do I do? Who can I contact?
