Pending Transaction : User Unfriendly Merchant Help Desk

Description

I paid for my brother’s game currency for one of the online games but the transaction didn’t go through. I looked into my account and still it pending since Sep 14 and still authorized but the game company’s help desk refuses to get the transaction done. How do I cancel the damned pending thing. Frankly we are ready to throw the towel since neither Paypal nor the game company is willing to help us.
