Pending transaction

Description

Hi, so I tried to purchase a mobile contract on Voxi as a new customer while finalising the payment stage my screen was loading forever so I decided to refresh, so I assumed my payment went through, i was purchasing using PayPal credit. I checked my PayPal and see there is a pending transaction on the mobile contract I purchased however I did not receive any email confirming my order. I can’t even sign in with my voxi account on their website. I decided to talk to customer service and they told me they have to records of any account however my name and address are on the system but they can’t find any orders, they told me to contact PayPal and see if I can reverese the payment. How would I go about doing that?
