I’ve had an outgoing pending payment for cdkeys.com which is in addition to a successful payment. The successful payment and the pending payment both took place on the 25th of December. Almost 2 weeks ago. I have contacted cdkeys.com who have said that this is a PayPal error and that I need to contact PayPal, but there doesn’t seem to be any phone number or anything. Has anyone else ever had this issue? How did you solve it?
