hi, can anyone out there please tell me how to contact PayPal or eBay to discuss a pending payment, each platform just redirects one to the other. My information on PayPal has been updated, indeed I have a payment after the one that is pending, that has gone through with no problem. All I get when getting on the platforms to discuss it, I get a virtual assistant, and they cannot seem to understand what I am asking. thank you Steve.
