In October, I paid $85.00 for some items from a Pez collector. I have purchased items before and not had any issues. The biggest problem is that the Post Office shows the items as being delivered. When I inquired into it further. The Post Office admitted it was delivered to the wrong address. I decided I would file a claim with PP as In my mind, I did not receive my items. I even went on to explain to paypal that the Post Office made an error, even though the delivery confirmation shows delivered. So, what does PP do, they do not look at any of the information that I provided, they just cancel my claim and say that the Post Office shows it as delivered. Duh, I already told them that. Now that it has been closed, they do not want to hear any more about it. This does not seem fair. My question to the community is this, how do I get the to look at all the facts before they just cancel a claim? This is unfair no matter which way you slice it. I need to know if anyone else has had similar problems and what they did about it. I would appreciate any help that can be given. Thanks.
