Paypal to Ebay Issue

Description

I recently sold some thing on Ebay and I am new to this.
I sold 5 items so far. All 5 I received a notification from Ebay stating that I was paid and to ship the Item and the money would be on hold in my Paypal account. I shipped all 5 items. Come home to find out only 3 items are showing in my Paypal Account on holds. 2 are completely missing. After being on hold with Ebay for 45 minutes, the rep states that the payments were sent to Paypal and that it is there issue. Ebay states my account is not verified in Paypal. Paypal shows my account as verified. Where do I even go next?
