PayPal sided with seller when delivery proof is absolutely impossible

Has anyone experienced where Paypal has sided with a seller when the proof of delivery is completely impossible The house number is missing from the tracking address, the sat nav pin is on the wrong house, the proof of delivery photo is just a red blur and the parcel which was stated as posted through the letterbox, would have been at least 12cm tall and my letterbox is only 3.7cm tall (Impossible to have been posted) All evidence is against the proof of delivery being genuine but PayPal are consistently agreeing with the seller here and Ieft out of pocket and totally disappointed that PayPal are ignoring the simple fact that it is impossible to have received my purchased items.. Your thoughts & any advice are very appreciated
