PayPal refund

Description

Hello I had a refund back from Paypal for cost of returning an item. (they initially refused as it was outside the 30 day limit, but it had taken PayPal nearly 2 moths to resolve the issue) so obviously it missed the deadline, spoke to and advisor and agreed i’d done all i could and i would get the refund back, i received an email telling me i had been allocated the refuge. I can’t see where i’ve had it yet. Activity log only shows the refunds i have had and agree on, but this refund is nowhere to be seen.
