Paypal Inst Xfer not refunding me.

Description

When the nintendo eshop giftcards went on sale at walmart, i tried buying them, but both times it didn’t go through. One time I tried paying for it directly with my card, and the other time I tried using paypal. I have been refunded for using my card directly on the walmart website but not the paypal one. When I check my Paypal, paypal says the refund has been completed. It has been 5 days since the first one has gone through. Has this happend to you? Should I wait or try contacting paypal?
