Hi All. I have a small Plumbing Business. I did some work for a company that are based about 150 miles away. They have static caravans. I did a job last Wednesday. Customer not present. Went through and transferred to my bank. Did a job 2 day’s later and it was for £350. It held back £227.50. I’ve been a PayPal customer for 4 year’s. Any idea’s why this has happened? I don’t post or sell products. I am paid upon job completion. Customer authorises payment over the phone. Thank’s in advance
