PayPal dispute decided in the sellers favour, need advice!

Hi guys, I had bought a refurbished printer from eBay for £650 and after using it a couple of times, I noticed the printer was not printing properly so I contated the seller and he told me to return it and would not give me a full refund which I disagreed because he wanted me to also pay for the return delivery fees which was expensive because the printer is large! so I filed a dispute with PayPal and escalated the case, PayPal told me to return the printer and that I would receive a full refund once the seller received it, once I did so, they just sent me a message today that I would not receive a refund!!! I AM SHOCKED!!! I don’t have the product or a refund! guys, please give me a piece of advice on what I can do, would I really appreciate it, thanks! Regards, Wendy
