Hi. I’ve just bought something from a shop. They say they have sent it and royal mail have it. But I have prrof they have not sent it and are lying. I want a refund and can’t Contact the seller by phone only email. They just keep fobbing me off. Royal mail have told me to contact the seller too. Where do I stand and can I just cancel the credit via PayPal. Thanks.
