Paypal Cashback Mastercard problem

Description

Was sent 2 cards this week, one i activated on the 6th of this week and one i got in the mail on the 8th which i have not activated but for some reason is showing up on my account without me activating it. Because of this my account is out of sync with the card that I activated on the 6th not showing up on my account but instead the one I got in the mail on the 8th. I’ve tried calling customer service multiple times but they just say that i activated the card while it was in the mail which seems unlikely to me as that’d be a big security issue. So i don’t know what to do to fix this and I was hoping maybe someone out there had an idea.
