PayPal and the eBay new procedures

Hi all, New here.
I am not at all happy with the way eBay is ramming this managed payment account stuff. I have sold on eBay for just over 23 years and am seriously considering saying Good Bye to them. I exclusively use PayPal for my money management for my eBay transactions and from what i am seeing is eBay is just cutting PayPal loose. I do not want to give eBay any bank information let alone my social security number. Every time eBay « makes things better », me , a little guy seller seems to be on the short end.
Am i over thinking this or are others like minded about this?
