Paypal account closed for no reason, with money in it that I cant transfer out. Help!

My paypal account was limited then closed and I can no longer use paypal. I have no idea why. Anyway, there is $178.00 in it and it win’t let me transfer it to my bank. Please help.I would like to get my money either transferred to my bank or sent a check. I would also like to know why my account was close.
