Payments no getting reflected on my balance

Good morning. I am writing this post regarding paypal credit payments to see if anyone could give me some advice. I always make my payments and usually they get reflected on my balance by the time of my next statement. Since I set up a direct debit for the payment to come straight from my bank account I am realising that now the payment gets made on the due date and since August, my payments get deducted from my bank account but they don’t get reflected on my balance at all, making imposible for me to keep track of my balance. I know the payment usually takes between 7/10 days to appear but it is not appearing at all. I contacted customer service without any luck, do you guys know where can I phone to find out what is going on? Thanks in advance
