Payment (Refunded)

Description

Hello I recently made a payment by mistake. I wanted to use my Paypal credit but ended up using my bank Account. I messaged the company and told them of my mistake the then issued a refund. In my Pay Pal activity it was listed as PENDING. This morning I check the activity and it is now saying REFUNDED. However, its not in my bank account or in my Paypal account – Is this a scam? I have dealt with the company before and had no issues. I am very worried as it was alot of money. I cant get through to a human on Paypal to talk to someone please can somebody help Thank you
