Payment on hold I’m not a seller or shipping anything

Description

So i had a friend of mine pay me for car parts i got for him and he said he was never given the option to send to friends/ family he said it just threw him into sending for goods and services. I have never sold anything online or shipped an item and have no intention in doing so and now it’s trying to charge me close to $60 to receive the money and it is on hold i guess because it thinks I’m shipping him something and waiting for him to confirm he got it? This is frustrating bc it’s saying it could be 7 days after confirmation? Does that mean he gets an email or something stating that he recieved the item?this is a hassle I don’t need right now and on top of it looks like I’m going to get **bleep** out of $60 any help would be appreciated
