Payment on hold!

Description

First, on 1/3/2021, I send a payment for the seller and it’s all good. But after, my account got a problem so I had to close it (delete account) then I create a new Paypal account with the same email. And today, the seller said the payment on hold so they told me to confirm the payment to help them receive it. But my account is new 100% now with no any transactions or messages. So what do I do now or let the seller wait for the payment? p/s: the picture here is from the seller! they received and it still pending, on hold
