Payment on Hold

Description

Hi, This might seem like a silly question but I am a new small business and have only recently had my first paypal payment. I do graphics design so obviously sent all the work through email. I Have updated that the product has been sent a few days ago but it seems nothing has changed. Now the guy I sent the logo to is not responding to me. Is there any way this could be a scam? It says the money has been received and is on hold, but I don’t understand how this works. Kind regards Jace.
