Can someone help me ? I’ve been selling on Ebay for a while now and NEVER had a problem till now ! I recently sold a moorcroft vase sent Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY, delivery has been confirmed and buyer left positive feedback on my selling page, I don’t understand why after 3 days PayPal still have not released my money? I rang PayPal yesterday and they said that the buyer needs to confirm that the item was delivered, this I don’t understand as it is delivered and Royal Mail has confirmed this also the buyer by leaving positive feedback, we need the money for personal reasons hence why we sold it in the first place, does anyone know how I can get my money PLEASE? As it stands we have no vase or the money for it
