Payment are on hold and need to submit shipping information

Hello paypal, as you have hold my fund, i want to say i deliver digital product by social media so where to get i tracking information. Dear PayPal, I didn’t understand that why you put my money on hold. I am newly starting freelancer jobs and got one order from fiver but due to some commission deduction in fiver policy. My client prefer to contact me outside the fiver and sent money from PayPal after doing my freelancer work on his project and now you are saying kindly provide the tracking number and put my money on pending. I am mean seriously what is this?
