Pay in 4 issues

Description

I bought something on a website and the payment method had an option for « Pay in 4 » which I thought was a great idea. I logged into my paypal account and I paid the first payment that was due today. Paypal took an extra $15 from my account that did NOT go towards my payment for the pay in 4 method. I’ve been trying to contact paypal all day. The type of transaction is « Authorization » no idea what that means but all I want is either a refund or for the money they took from me to go toward my payment. I am very unhappy and just want my money back!!!!
