Pay in 4

Description

I tried to use Pay in 4 but it didn’t work multiple times then ended up denying my application. I ended up paying for my purchase in full which was fine but then I went to my bank account statements and Pay Pal had charged me 4 separate times for the initial payment of 40$ I believe (because I had refreshed and continued to try to purchase my things with it but it wasn’t working). Now its pending for a temporary authorization » and I can’t see how much I have in my account and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone to have it resolved/potentially refunded. It doesn’t make sense for them to actually charge me and deal with this considering 1) my application was denied and 2) I ended up making the purchase in full with my debit card because it wasn’t working so – how did these transactions end up going through or are « pending » at all? What do I do if they do go through? I’ve tried filing a transaction report online or whatever but it wouldn’t let me do that either (I guess because they are pending). Very annoying and stressful! «
