hello
i made a purchase, it was refunded, the refund was used to pay off 2 12 month repayment transaction.
i now have a 4 month interest free payment for the item i never received that was refunded. (the balance of the 2 it paid off)
i cant pay this off because it pays anything towards a third 12 month repayment transaction.
why was my original payment not just cancelled.
