Ordered an item using my paypal (business) account. it never arrived and the seller is ignoring me re refund. when i try to open a claim/dispute, but there’s only one option ‘ reporting fraudulent activity’ ! am i doing something wrong? is there a shorter time limit for business accounts to open a dispute? thanks for any advice.
