I paid in full for an xbox one what I received in the post was a video game valued at 4 euro. PayPal are refusing me a refund and ebay are telling me its PayPals fault. I’m been bounced from one to the other. Absolutely terrible to deal with both money companies. This crook who took my ten year old daughters money. And now no body wants to help us.
