Negative balance in a business account

Description

So, I took all the money off my PayPal to my account and closed the website as I didn’t wanna work on it. What happened is that one of the orders wasn’t delivered at the time when I closed my website and PayPal transferred the buyer it’s money and gave me a negative balance. Now I need to add PayPal for another website that I have created and it is not letting me delete the PayPal account as it has a negative balance. I linked my bank but the only option to send money to PayPal and make the balance neutral or positive is via cheque. Now I don’t have enough time to write a 4 USD cheque and mail it PayPal. It would take way to long. So, I asked one of my friends to send me 5 USD but they couldn’t, it keeps on failing and I am unable to receive that money to make my account balance positive. I need some guidance. How should I deal with this problem?
