Need help,none of my payment methods are working.

Description

So I have a money request that I’m trying to pay,but I’m having issues with it.I normally buy a pre-paid gift card at a store and register it online and then I can use it on paypal,but it isn’t working now and I’ve tried two different cards that are registered with enough money on them.Because the cards weren’t working I figured I’d just link my bank account to paypal to pay,but I did,and it was confirmed but I still get the message that goes like ‘this card has been denied by the issuer,please use different payment…’ when I selected my bank account as my preferred payment method.What do I do?I really have no clue what else I can do to get my payment to work.
