My order got cancelled after payment but PayPal still took my funds

I’m kinda new to PayPal. Been a member for a while but just I use it for automatic payments on some websites. Today I bought an RTX 3070 on Newegg, however, after the payment processed through the order got instantly cancelled because the card went out of stock. After talking to a Newegg representative my cancelled order is not showing on their system, so here I am. I know is just a payment hold, but the last time something like this happened to me on Paypal I had to dispute it after the payment was completed, Paypal didn’t agree with me and I ended up going to my bank to solve the issue. Since the amount of money in this transaction is definitely larger I came for aid here, is there some way that I could dispute this hold? note: PayPal customer service sucks
